LECTURERS

(1) 100% of SIMEX’s instructors are full-time faculty members under an exclusive teaching contract with SIMEX. All instructors are rigorously selected and evaluated to ensure alignment with the center’s teaching standards and pedagogical direction. Each instructor possesses sufficient professional expertise to understand and teach all sub-disciplines within the Import Export and Logistics field.

(2) 100% of SIMEX’s instructors have extensive industry experience in foreign trade, import export, and logistics. Every instructor is required to have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience and must currently hold a senior management position - such as Director or Head of Department - in leading import export or logistics enterprises. SIMEX does not collaborate with instructors who teach only theoretical knowledge without real, practical industry experience.

(3) 100% of SIMEX’s instructors hold Master’s or Doctoral degrees from top domestic and international universities specializing in foreign trade, import export, and logistics - such as Foreign Trade University, University of Economics, Fulbright University, Vietnam Maritime University, University of Transport and Communications, and others.

(4) 100% of SIMEX’s instructors have more than 5 years of teaching experience and have received formal pedagogical training from institutions such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. SIMEX does not recruit instructors who do not possess official teaching-certification credentials.

(5) SIMEX is among the few training centers with a faculty capable of communicating fluently and delivering full-time training in English for FDI enterprises or for foreign learners.
