(2) Any act of copying, modifying, forging, or using it illegally in any form is considered a violation of intellectual property law and may be dealt with according to current regulations;

(3) In case of detecting or suspecting signs of forgery, recruiting companies and relevant agencies can contact SIMEX directly to verify information and answer questions related to the certificate.
