• Comparison of legal effect between contracts and Incoterms;
• 05 Case-study of dispute related to Incoterms in international trade;
• How to choose suitable sales term as per customers/suppliers’ request;
• How to convert a sales term to the other one.

2. PART 2: PRACTICE PART (50%)

• To combine Incoterms with payment terms;
• To apply to build selling price/sale conditions;
• To use Incoterms to work well with carriers;
• To use Incoterms to draft Contracts with favorable terms;
• To calculate and quote the selling price under each Incoterms condition;

3. PART 3: SOFT FILES USED FOR WORKING

• A Summary of all Terms in an easy-to-understand manner;
• Summary diagram with specific illustrations;
• A summary of use cases for each type of business;
• An Excel file to calculate the selling price according to each Incoterms condition;

4. PART 4: A TEST IN THE END EACH MODULE
