Ho Chi Minh City, November 30, 2025 – SIMEX and SHD, a specialized German vocational training consultancy, officially launched the second year of their strategic partnership program. The initiative aims to equip students preparing for vocational training in Germany and Europe with foundational knowledge in Logistics.
Insights from PhD Candidate Le Sai Gon at the Opening Ceremony
Speaking at the opening ceremony, PhD Candidate Le Sai Gon shared heartfelt insights with the young trainees preparing to enter the international environment.
He noted that throughout the teaching process, the SIMEX team has encountered many young people who, despite their youth, carry great dreams. "No one can ensure your future but you," he emphasized, encouraging students to cultivate self-reliance while studying and working abroad.
He also highlighted four qualities that any European enterprise values in young professionals: perseverance, amiability, industriousness, and respect for indigenous culture. These are not only requirements within the Logistics industry but also the keys to integrating into German society—a nation known for its high industrial standards and cultural discipline.
"Boldly step out into the world and explore," he urged. "Storms may come, occasionally making us stumble, but a warm heart and wisdom in thought will help us overcome everything."
The SIMEX training team regards accompanying students during this preparatory phase as a point of pride, contributing to the formation of high-quality human resources for the labor markets in Germany and across Europe.
Strategic Cooperation Between SIMEX and SHD
Addressing the high demand for Logistics personnel in Europe, SIMEX and SHD have deployed a structured training program focusing on key areas:
-
Logistics Fundamentals: Supply chain management, international logistics operations, warehouse management, and cargo documentation.
-
Multicultural Work Skills: Professional demeanor, communication, and adaptability to German corporate environments.
-
European Standard Integration: Helping students understand the regulations, standards, and requirements of the German market while still in Vietnam.
SIMEX is responsible for curriculum development and direct instruction. SHD selects candidates with appropriate foreign language proficiency and provides real-world insights from partner enterprises in Germany to ensure the program remains updated with market needs.
The collaboration between SIMEX and SHD not only helps students prepare a comprehensive knowledge base before departing for Germany but also contributes to elevating the quality of Vietnamese human resources in Logistics—a sector currently facing a shortage of skilled labor in Europe.
Entering the second year of cooperation affirms the joint strategy of both entities: sending young Vietnamese people out into the world equipped with real capability, a professional attitude, and the ability for deep international integration.
